DAP (Duties At Place) – International Orders

All orders sent outside of the UK are shipped on a DAP (Duties At Place) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty and taxes which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

DAP (Duties At Place) Refusal - If you refuse to pay any import duty levied against your shipment, or refuse delivery of an order, resulting in the shipment being returned to us, then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration charge of £15.00 (or equivalent currency at current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund amount.

VAT

We are not VAT registered so no prices include VAT.

 

Returns

Distance Selling Regulations - If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' and in a resalable condition when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received and processed, we'll issue a full refund for the product received.

Return Authorization Number - You must request a RAN before returning a product to us. We may refer you to the technical support team of the manufacturer of the product before we issue a RAN.
